If you would like to offer a partial refund to the customer, enter the amount to be refunded in USD, provide an explanation for the refund and press submit. It will show that the partial refund has been submitted and once it has been approved by a moderator, it will show refund approved. If you make a mistake when submitting a partial refund, please contact support.
