About PivotMaker

PRESS AREA 85 x 85 x 85 cm

PivotMaker allows you to create large objects and prototypes in a single print.

It is designed to offer professionals, companies, designers and schools an easy and efficient way to make their own unique 3D designs.

DOUBLE EXTRUSER
INTERCHANGEABLE SOILS

PivotMaker series of two E3D Vulcan extruders modified with brass nozzles with diameter 0.60 - 1 mm.

The nozzles are interchangeable with different diameters from 0.40 to 0.60 to 0.80 to 1 to 1.2 mm for different print resolutions.

Also available are reinforced steel nozzles with diameters from 0.40 to 0.80 to 1 to 1.2 mm for the printing of abrasive materials such as carbon fiber or PLA loaded with copper and brass.

Replacing nozzles is done quickly and easily with the aid of a 7mm wrench.

The two extruders are mainly used for printing with water-soluble PVA support material or for printing with two different materials and / or colors.

The printer uses Cartesian movement for X, Y axes with a static support mechanism consisting of 16 mm INA cemented linear bars and dynamic 2x10 mm caddle self-lubricated linear bar support.

The Z axis is covered by four 16 mm INA cemented linear bars and four 14 x 3 IGUS trapezoidal bars.

Movement is generated by NEMA 23 - 1/32 steps.

PivotMaker has a maximum print speed of 250 mm / s.

CONTROL PANEL

PivotMaker has a control panel on the front that allows you to manage, control and edit all print parameters.

If the print settings entered in .gcode are not satisfactory, you can change some of the parameters from the control panel while printing.

The parameters relate to the extrusion temperature, the printing plane temperature, the ventilation, the flow, the print speed, and the filament shift.

PivotMaker offers the user the ability to print via USB input with the help of the computer or independently from the SD card.
