About Clarke Additive Manufacturing

Clarke Additive is a precision additive manufacturing company specializing in engineering-grade 3D printed components for defense, aerospace, and industrial customers. We bring a rigorous engineering mindset to every project — backed by 17 years of engineering experience including GD&T, design for manufacturability, and first article inspection.
Our facility operates two professional-grade enclosed FDM systems — a Bambu Lab H2D (350x320x325mm build volume, dual nozzle, active chamber heating to 65°C) and a Bambu Lab P1S — capable of processing a wide range of engineering materials including ASA, ABS, PC, Nylon, TPU, and carbon/glass fiber reinforced variants. Both systems feature AI-based in-process monitoring and hardened nozzles for abrasive materials.
We are experienced with ASME Y14.5 GD&T interpretation, engineering drawing review, and delivering parts that conform to customer specifications — not just parts that look right. Every order includes dimensional verification against customer requirements before shipment.
Whether you need a single functional prototype, a small production run, or a manufacturing partner who can speak your engineering language, Clake Additive delivers precision you can trust.
