3D Printing: Certified Bambu Lab P2S/H2C multi-color printer with enclosed chamber. Materials: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and carbon-fiber composites. Build volume up to ~300x300x300 mm. AMS for vibrant multi-color parts.
3D Design: Professional CAD modeling and print optimization.
3D Scanning: Accurate reverse engineering and digitization for replication and custom fits.
Painting & Finishing: Priming, sanding, airbrushing, and showroom-quality finishes in matte, gloss, metallic or custom colors.
Vacuum Forming: Custom thermoforming for thin-walled parts, trays and enclosures.
Full post-processing includes smoothing, painting, clear coating and assembly. We handle small-to-medium runs (1-100+ parts) with typical lead times of 3-7 business days and strict quality control.
