The initial response was good but the item didnt arrive. When I contacted the supplier they were very good and offered to make another set. A week later the parcel had to be collected from the post office and I had to pay an additional £3.50 as not enough postage was paid. No refund of additional amount given.

Response: Hi Paul, we're really sorry that a mistake was made in shipping your order. We always weigh and measure every order to ensure the correct postage class is selected with royal mail however, sometimes human error does interfere. I'm not sure you noticed but we did in fact refund you the £3.50 additional cost.
