AEM specialise in developing bespoke solutions to Clients’ needs using the latest additive manufacturing technologies. Our employees are qualified mechanical engineers and designers with extensive experience within various disciplines. ​We offer cost effective CAD solutions for projects from initial concept right through to completion.

We have a selection of 3D printers capable of producing your designs in various materials. We can accurately print your parts and build your assembly with articulating parts if required. These models can be full size or we can scale them down for desktop evaluation.

Printing techniques available are:-
SLS - Nylon, Flex
FDM - PETG, PLA and Flexi (many colours available) Multi-material available now!
SLA - coming soon

Our Sinterit Lisa SLS printer produces fantastic quality Nylon PA12 and TPU parts.

We now have an Original (Josef) Prusa I3 MK3S printers with the multi-material (MMU2S) upgrade kit capable of printing 5 different colours / materials simultaneously! Please check back regularly to see our sample prints produced by this amazing machine.

We will soon be taking delivery of a Formlabs Form 2 SLA printer. We will have a number of different resin types available including standard, tough and dental.
