It was quite quick and efficient. I was asked if any changes needed before manufacturing. A preview of the part was shared with me before dispatching and overall I’m happy with the part fitting well with my robot :-)

I am one hundred percent satisfied with this order! The detail is perfect, the finish is beautiful. Communication was always very friendly and quick. And the order was shipped lightning fast! There was a slight problem with one of the pieces and it was fixed immediately. I will definitely be working with Cross Advertising again, they went above and beyond on this order. Highly reccomend :)
