If I hadn't already purchased another copy of this same print from this same merchant, I would be forgiven for assuming this was the first time he'd ever shipped anything.
I don't know if this is the worst twenty bucks I've ever spent, but it's close. This merchant should be ashamed. And frankly, treatstock are a bunch of crooks who should be shut down.
Fool me once, fool me twice, treatstock. Good riddance.
