Wow - immediate and prompt communication. Really impressed with this vendor with one caveat - it showed as local to where I live but was actually across the country in FL. Just need a data update. But the product and communication were great

This has been a wild ride for me. I sincerely advise everyone to choose DPD tracked package or ask the maker before you order. The maker uses "Deutsche Post Brief mit Prio" for delivery in Germany. This is not a suitable way to for online purchase like this, because Brief mit Prio will automatically show the package as "Delivered" at 6PM of the day it is "assumed" to arrive, when it, in reality, could not be the case. At last, after multiple "fake" delivered messages, I received the print - they are great prints.

Great printer. Have ordered from the same user in the past and will use them going forward. Great quality for boardgame upgrades and prints.
