Ordered on friday night, delivered on tuesday Could not be faster. On top of that i like the results!

The printed items had protrudent fibers (not on the original 3d model) that prevented the connecting parts from fitting together. I spent an hour removing them with a knife, but this made it even worse. The packaging was a sandwich of two cardboard peaces with the printed item smashed and deformed in between, taped all together. The printed items were sticky like having tape adhesive on them. Choosing Ed's Printing was a big mistake and a waste of money.

The print i ordered was completed and shipped out to me amazingly quick. The quality was top notch and i couldn't be happier with it. I will definetly use this company again for my 3D printing needs.

Printer was super prompt and the quality is great. I've never had anything 3D printed before, but what I've seen from friend's units is much lower quality than what came from PSD. They gave me feedback throughout the entire process including pictures of the printed items before shipping and even apologized for not shipping during a holiday (which of course was expected) I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This was my first ever 3D print job. I am thrilled with the result. I will say that dimensions were not quite perfect. But they are more than good enough for my needs. Printing, shipping, and receipt were all much faster than anticipated. I will be ordering more of these - up to 140. Thanks very much!

Vendor was easy to work with and communicative. Turnaround time was good given that the print was difficult and messed up their printer the first time.
