I made the mistake of sending one file as the wrong type, they contacted me after trying to print the wrong file and it failing twice, and i was able to send them the correct file. Very understanding and helpful. Final Prints look great!

Results look amazing, saw that it was delivered a few days ago, but just got back from Japan tonight to take a look. Seller quickly responded to any inquiries I had during the process and was also prompt with the printing and shipping of the product.
