Product came well packaged and pretty fast. Quality is good, parts fit snuggly like intended. Very happy with that. Only minor complaint/thing to look out for is that I ordered red, but instead of a red-red got a darker shade like wine-red. In this case it's actually a good thing for me as it fits the color on my machine better. Verdict: good result, fast, relatively cheap compared to competitors, would order again. (Giving 5 Stars for "communication" even though we didnt need to, but setting lower would be unfair.)

All the the prints turned out really great! Moreover, the response time to my questions and shipping was fast. No problems whatsoever! I will definitely submit my next project to the shop!
