An extremely simple design that anyone could have come up with, so just sharing some simple work.

...Show more made the tags small enough that they don't get in the way of anything or interfere with the use of whatever they're attached to (combined with a 10mm split ring). For use on bag/tent zips, pocket knife, keys, torch, anything that you might need to locate in the dark.
Printed at 75% infill, doesn't glow brightly after the initial 5 mins but still visible in total darkness 8 hours later.
